		<description>Nice photo.  I'm happy to hear you liked them.  I have made them with egg substitute, to answer the commenter above, although I prefer regular eggs.  I'm sure you could use more egg whites than yolks if  you wanted.  I've made so many versions of these, I think you can substitute just about anything and they still turn out to be pretty good.

I WANT some of those silicone cup liners!</description>
